REFUND POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You will receive a refund of the full amount of the purchased item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards and all sale items are final sale. Also, we cannot accept returns on international purchases. We are not responsible for additional custom/duties that may apply to your order.
To start a return, contact us at setapartco@yahoo.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will then send an email with a prepaid return label attached. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags. If possible, please send it back in the original package.
If packaging is too damaged, we recommend using a free paper envelope from the post office. Just show your label to an employee and they will give you the correct package. Shipping the item back in a box of any kind is not allowed. If you do send it back in a box, the amount of the return label will be deducted from your return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
When we receive your item, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
